Easy online booking of your accommodation, without leaving the house

Online booking procedure

To book accommodation in one of our 51 Studélites private halls of residence:

  1. Select your hall using our search engine, or from the “Halls of residence” page
  2. Click on the “Book” button for the accommodation selected
  3. Follow the guidance through the booking procedure

 

Track your booking request

Fast response

A response will be sent to you within 48 hours. The various possible responses are:

1 - Your request is approved, you must then:

1. Print and fill in the tenancy agreement documentation.

2. Tenant(s) and guarantor(s) are to sign and initial the tenancy agreement documentation, remembering the mandatory handwritten wording at the foot of the page on the tenancy agreement and the security deposit receipt.

3. Return the duly completed documents (along with the required supporting documents listed in the approval letter), attaching payment, to the following address:

Note that the first payment must be made by cheque or bank transfer. Use of the direct debit instruction enclosed with the tenancy agreement documentation is strongly advised for subsequent payments.

2 - Request for a second guarantor

A second guarantor is requested when the proposed guarantor does not meet our solvency criteria.

You will then be asked to supply details of a second guarantor within 24 hours. Should you fail to do so, your booking request will be cancelled.

3 - Your booking request is declined

You will be told the reason(s) for your request not being accepted. You may then, for example:

  • submit a fresh booking request proposing a different guarantor
  • make a request for cheaper accommodation

Secure online booking

  • Fill in a form and select an apartment. After approval of your request, a tenancy agreement will be sent to you by email.
  • Our staff are available to answer all your questions during your booking on +33 (0)4 75 40 80 25 (line open Monday to Thursday, 9.30 a.m. – 12.30 p.m. and 1.30 – 5.30 p.m.; Friday 9.30 a.m. – 12.30 p.m. and 1.30 – 4.50 p.m.).
